• Remains the property of PUISTAR with full rights upon the copied product, the registered brand and all other protected products that might be retained by PUISTAR. No licence is consented concerning the documents that are in the mentionned conditions. By reproducing the contenents of a document, no interference can be made by any way and the contenent of the document or the product illustrated, originates and may not belong to anyone else but PUISTAR.
• Will be used only by the person/company that downloads the document, for ligitemet bussiness reasons directly connected to all applications that the PUISTAR product may reasonably be used in.
• Will not be transmitted to a third party in any way with the intention of being reproduced.
• May be entirely reproduced without changes to the contents in one or more copies, only for the use of the employees or of the company in the normal conduct of the buissiness. If the document consists mainly of drawings illustrating the PUISTAR product,, the portion of the drawing that describes the physical appearance or conception details of the PUISTAR product may be incorporated without changes in a main drawing or other document produced by the company thus the numeric details or descriptive accompaning the illustration of the PUISTAR product, except for the PUISTAR name on the product (if present in the illustration) may be omitted.
• Grants no authority or right to the person or company to present himself as an authorized agent of PUISTAR inc., nor does it grant a status of wholesaler or salesman of PUISTAR services or products.

Any authorization granted by these conditions will be immediately suspended in the event where the entire content or a part of the content of a document is used independently in its' original version or modified, for illegal purposes or fraudulent activities. PUISTAR inc. releases itself of all responsabilities and complaints that can be connected to the precison and the relevance of all uses proposed in the documents offered.
